Our products are made to order, individually for you. Each product is therefore unique and produced specifically for you.

2. Right of withdrawal / Return

Since our products are personalized and custom-made items, there is no right of withdrawal or return if you simply don't like the product.

This complies with the applicable EU directive on the exclusion of the right of withdrawal for custom-made goods.

3. Defective or damaged products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

We'll make sure that you either:

• You will receive a replacement or
• You will receive a refund.

Note: This product is made especially for you. Returns are not possible if you are not satisfied.
